  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.
  • Overtime for weddings and functions is payable at R280.00 per hour to the photographer after stipulated hours.
  • The balance of payment is required before photos go to print.
  • Deposits are non refundable on cancellation.
  • All images remain the sole property of Mariska de Villiers Photography and may not be used for advertisements, to be sold or given liberally to the financial benefit of any party without prior written consent from Mariska de Villiers Photography.
  • Travel charges may be applicable.
